A licensed Florida Realtor® since 2019, Shanai specializes in listing and selling residential real estate throughout Southwest Florida and takes pride in helping both sellers and buyers achieve their real estate goals. Her experience, local market knowledge, and client-focused approach allow her to help homeowners position their properties effectively, attract qualified buyers, and navigate the selling process with confidence. Before returning to her roots in traditional real estate, Shanai gained valuable experience with Zillow working as a Zillow Offers Advisor where she partnered with homeowners to navigate the home-selling process directly to Zillow. Working under the Zillow umbrella, she successfully guided and closed approximately 20–30 homes per quarter, developing a strong understanding of pricing, negotiations, customer needs, and the transaction process from start to finish. Shanai also brings experience from Century 21, where she developed her foundation in residential real estate and averaged successful closings while building lasting relationships with clients. Her combined experience across Zillow and Century 21 has given her a unique perspective on both the traditional real estate market and technology-driven approaches to selling homes.

Outside of real estate, Shanai is married to her husband, Anthony and together they have raised four wonderful children. In her free time, Shanai enjoys working out, practicing yoga, gardening, gaming, exploring local restaurants and attractions, traveling, and playing the violin. Originally from Tampa, Florida, she has a deep appreciation for Southwest Florida and enjoys the lifestyle, communities, and people that make the area such a special place to call home.
